Yes, you can directly do it from the Grape Hosting's panel. Go to Dashboard > Services > Click on the plan that you want upgrade/downgrade > Upgrade/Downgrade. It does not put your site offline.
Our technical team can migrate your CMS website (Wordpress, Prestashop, etc.) to Grape Hosting for free for all plans above the 'Business' plan. For other plans the migration only costs 9.99€ (to pay once).
